This project took a chunk of land with one home on it that was prone to flooding and placed 24 luxury seniors' homes in a gated community. Not only was there a valuable addition to community living, but it allowed us to improve the storm water and sewer system in the area.

These homes quickly sold out and confirmed the need for higher density, top quality housing close to amenities while retaining a charming neighbourhood appeal. Parhar group was proud to be awarded the Residential Development Award for Excellence for McKinstry Village.
